Want a more advanced barbecue experience? You won’t want to miss this special Saturday event dedicated to one of barbecue's best friends - beef! In this exciting class sponsored by the Beef Checkoff, master butchers will break down a steer half-carcass, taking you step-by-step through the process. See how to precisely render your favorite cuts and learn about lesser known cuts you may have overlooked. Preperation techniques will also be discussed and demonstrated - and, yes, samples will be provided! Space is limited for this up close and personal class.
Seating is limited for all optional events. Advance registration is strongly recommended. Walk-up registrations are accommodated on a space availability basis only.
