When Deb Conwell and her husband Brian set out to make their dream of opening a BBQ restaurant come true a few years back, they didn’t realize how fortuitous it would all turn out. The married couple had been wondering what to do with their retirement, so when they came across a perfect property in Pennsylvania, they saw their dreams start to come true. On the site of the future Joe Bosco BBQ was an old restaurant building, and behind it, a 100-year-old Victorian home. They knew the location was a perfect fit. With a lot of hard work, Joe Bosco BBQ was born. Their daughter Justine is the general manager and her involvement has been the backbone of the business, Deb said. It's a true family business, with love put in every detail.
