My Name is Brett Sizemore. i am the Owner of Barts Gin Mill LLC, operating as The Gin Mill on all social media platforms and competitions. The Gin Mill was created in 2024. my wife and i have a son who will be turning 2 in January of 2027, i also have a son from previous who will be 19 in June of 2027.

In April of 2026 i launched my 1st product of Barts Golden Twang BBQ sauce. this sauce is a mustard based sauce which resembles a Carolina gold style sauce. my sauce has a unique Twang flavor to it, and has gained high local praise from the community. currently the sauce is in 7 different locations with continuous growth.

Most currently I competed in my Very First competition. NBBQA Barbecue news magazines Rubs of honor. in that contest my i received 3 top 25 finishes, best being 5th place in the chicken category with my newly developed and unreleased Barts AP signature Blend seasoning. this seasoning is a excellent all purpose rub that pretty much goes great with anything. it has a good savory flavor with a tiny bit of heat on the back end. i designed this rub for the sole purpose of being versatile for any type of cooking, but mainly barbecue.

i currently have 2 other sauce flavors and 4 other seasoning flavors i am working on. i look forward to what the future has to offer and brings to my family and I.
