Mark Lambert

I' m a competition pitmaster at heart. I've been at it for over 20 years now. I enjoy teaching others and seeing their success. I own and run a small BBQ Store and website in Byhalia, MS, just south of Memphis, TN. I teach some cooking class and do a fair amount of restaurant consulting. My brand consists of my Red Box Smoker, Four Rubs, one Injection, spicy garlic pickles and three bbq sauces. I still enjoy BBQ and hope work never starts to feel like work.
