Event Cancellation policy

Live Fire Event Cancellation Policy

All event ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, weather, schedule conflicts, or changes in personal plans.

If the event is canceled by the organizer, ticket holders will be notified regarding any available options, which may include ticket transfer, event credit, or rescheduled event access at the discretion of the organizer.
