What started as house sauces served on award-winning ribs and wings quickly grew into a nationally recognized brand focused on clean ingredients, bold flavor, and authentic barbecue craftsmanship.
Founded by restaurateur Matt Grime, Fox & Hound BBQ Sauce is rooted in decades of hands-on pit experience and a deep connection to the Tahoe community. Every product is designed to deliver balance first — sweetness, smoke, heat, and tang — without relying on shortcuts like high-fructose corn syrup, artificial preservatives, MSG, or gluten.
The flagship lineup includes three core sauces:
