Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to get involved and contribute to an amazing event? Look no further—The Live Fire Extravaganza at SmokeSlam 2024, hosted by the National Barbecue & Grilling Association (NBBQA), is just around the corner, and we're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join us from Wednesday, May 15 through Sunday, May 19.
Event Overview The Live Fire Extravaganza hosted by NBBQA is one of the most anticipated barbecue festivals of the year. This event brings together grillmasters and pitmasters, food enthusiasts, and families for a weekend of delicious food and fun activities. This year promises to be include with mouthwatering barbecue, live music, and engaging entertainment.
Volunteer Opportunities We have various volunteer roles available throughout the event:
- Wednesday (May 15) - Set Up
- Assist with setting up booths, signage, and equipment to prepare for the event.
- Thursday (May 16), Friday (May 17), and Saturday (May 18) - Customer Service and Food Prep
- Engage with attendees, provide information, and ensure they have a fantastic experience.
- Assist with food prep and serving.
- Sunday (May 19) - Tear Down
- Help dismantle booths and clean up the event space once the Live Fire Extravaganza at SmokeSlam concludes.
