🔥 Still Standing: NBBQA Member Chef Orchid Paulmeier Holds Her Own on BBQ Brawl!

The heat is on, and one of our very own NBBQA members is proving she can handle the flames! Chef Orchid Paulmeier, a proud member of the National Barbecue & Grilling Association and owner of One Hot Mama’s in Hilton Head, South Carolina, is still standing strong on Season 6 of BBQ Brawl.

As of Episode 7, aired July 6, 2025, Orchid remains a key player on Team Bobby Flay, competing alongside barbecue heavyweights Brad Leighninger (Team Bobby), Kyle Bryner and Greg Gatlin (Team Maneet Chauhan), and Tyler Anderson and Thyron Matthews (Team Antonia Lofaso). With only six contestants left, the competition is fiercer than ever.

Chef Orchid has impressed viewers and judges alike with her creativity, skill, and signature Lowcountry flair. Most recently, she played a major role in securing a team win for Bobby Flay during a veggie-forward challenge — not easy when meat is king in the barbecue world!
