2020 Awards of Excellence

This year the Awards of Excellence People's Choice will be judged on the Wednesday Night at the welcome event - Culinary Fight Club

Rub and Sauce People's Choice

To enter the rub and sauce you must bring it to the conference and submit prior to 5pm on Wednesday.

Photography People's Choice

The top 20 scores, irrespective of categories, will be printed and displayed for a people's choice judging.

Judging

Sauces and Rubs will be presented in a blind taste test

Photos will be displayed with their photo name but not the photographer

Judging will be done through a simple popular vote, each attendee will be able to vote for one sauce, one rub, and one photo. They will share their selection by writing the identifying letter/number on a card and submitting it into the entry box.
