NBBQA To Host Master BBQ and Grilling Classes
An additional part to the 2023 NBBQA National Conference will be series of master BBQ and Grilling classes. These two-hour classes will be taught by World Champions and will include samples of the recipes and techniques they are teaching. Tuffy Stone, Mark Lambert, Moe Cason, Boars Night Out, and Bob Trudnak will be teaching how to cook ribs, Boston butt, brisket, beef ribs, and whole hog.
Anyone can attend these classes as they will be open to the first 125 tickets sold. One ticket will get you access to both days of classes, samples of all the recipes being taught, and even a personal meet and greet with every teacher. Single ticket price is set at only $200 for NBBQA members and $300 for non-members and will get you access to all four classes. These classes are being designed to help any and every BBQer… regardless of their current skillset or experience level. Even seasoned competitors are welcome as they are sure to learn something new as well.
