Organization Overview
We are a full service catering company specializing in traditional Santa Maria BBQ. Over 33 years in business, Buffalo Gals is our upscale BBQ division that facilitates, weddings, large corporate events, as well as custom events anywhere in beautiful Southern Colorado. We employ over 100 employees and emphasize grilling over red oak on-site. Our menu includes tri tip, tenderloin, chicken, wild game, fish and shellfish as well as vegetables and corn. Catering services include venue management, bar services, rentals, and entertainment.
